Escape to ten of the world's most liveable cities

If you're contemplating a move abroad, you could do worse than picking one of these stunning cities which have all been named in the top ten most liveable cities in the world.

The ratings come from the annual Global Liveability Report from the Economist, which looks at factors such as stability; healthcare; culture and environment; education; and infrastructure.

Melbourne came out number one for the seventh year in a row and in fact, there was no movement in the top five cities at all since last year.
