The life of a digital nomad, with the ability to work anywhere in the world, has obvious appeal and is now an option for an increasing number of people. But things like internet speed, weather, safety, cost of rental, cost of beer and friendliness are all factors to be taken into account when deciding where to move to. Nomadlist.com, a crowdsourced database of cities in the world, has compiled a listing of the cheapest places to live as a digital nomad.
The Nomad Cost is the typical cost for a digital nomad, based on staying short-term (up to three months) in a place, staying in a cheap hotel in the centre of the city and eating out three times per day.
