About Gisselle
As a born-and-raised Belizean, I left to pursue my degree in public relations and creative writing at Murray State University in Kentucky. Since then, I have had the privilege of being a features editor, magazine editor, published poet and freelance writer—all while sharing the wonders of my country (and its people). When I'm not editing for the Daily Dot, I spend my time traveling, reading or spending time with my pets.
