About Evan
I’m an outdoor and travel photographer based on the Central Coast of California. Raised under the notion that the best things in life aren’t things, I use a camera to capture and share life’s intangible moments (and maybe spend too much time and money traveling). Today I work as a freelance photographer and writer after spending four years traveling the world with acclaimed adventure photographer Chris Burkard. My work has taken me around the globe and often revolves around outdoor sports and pursuits, from backpacking to snowboarding to cycling to surfing, but I have a soft spot for exploring new places in the quieter moments and drinking coffee in local cafes.
