About Daniella
Daniella Blake, an anthropologist from New Zealand, has spent years travelling, and working all over the world: from environmental conservation in the Comoros Islands to listening to farmers’ stories in Nepal, cycling through southern Madagascar to working with migrants and singing with an anarchist choir in southern France.
Subjects she has written about include the art of storytelling, chasing spies, immigrants’ stories, language and music as tools of resistance and dancing with nuns in Madagascar.
