George Tindale Memorial Gardens

Developed as a hill station-style garden, this small property is named after keen gardener George Tindale, who purchased the property in 1958 and donated it to the State of Victoria in 1985. Most of the exotic trees here were planted in the first half of the 20th century. Each season brings distinct highlights, with rhododendrons flowering in spring, hydrangeas in summer and autumn, and camellias in winter.
