“As primal and essential architectural elements, doors are symbols of the unknown, discovery, hospitality and passage. They inspire, they amaze and encourage questioning”. This is how Pascal Mannaerts describes his “Stories of doors” series.
Originally from Belgium, Pascal Mannaerts’ work as a travel photographer has taken him everywhere around the world. And among the many things he captures with his camera, there are also doors from everywhere from Cuba to Nepal.
