In a bid to bring more tourists to the Spratly Islands, a chain of disputed islands in the South China Sea, Ho Chi Minh City plans to introduce new tour services. The islands were first made accessible to tourists in Vietnam last year, with one tour operator flying groups for seven-day tours that include exchange activities with soldiers and locals.
